Enjoyed Haverhill, the hotel was good value and gorgeous down to the alleyway. As for me, the location was unbeatable, close to the bar/restaurant, numerous shops and restaurants and the very centre of town. Btw, it was not very far from Anne of Cleves House. Bistro bar was there.

The hotel is conveniently located near a pub in the center and the staff is friendly and welcoming, making for a great experience. This place is in a wonderful and picturesque location, despite the presence of pigeons in the back alley.

The place was fairly clean and we loved king room. The staff were especially helpful and incredibly attentive, took care of us during 1 day stay. Liked our rooms with great facilities. Overall the service was excellent. They offered ironing at no cost too. The hotel had a central setting to the alleyway.
